Global Education Program
Connecting PK-12 students and educators from around the world
The TVS Global Education Program aims to prepare all our Lower, Middle, and Upper School students to become globally connected, conscientious students and leaders with a multicultural curriculum and virtual and in-person exchanges.
We want our students to become the best versions of themselves by cultivating the essential global/multicultural competencies of:
- self-awareness,
- empathy,
- cross-cultural communication, and
- cross-cultural understanding.
COVID-19 and Global Education: The rapid spread of COVID-19 across the globe made cross-cultural communication and understanding even more important for our students. What became a global pandemic took global solutions. Our Global Education Program will continue to leverage our Virtual Learning Exchanges with our partner schools and universities, and return to in-person exchanges when possible so that we can continue to see the world through different lenses.
TVS Students (ages 6-18) and their Families can sign up for this year's Virtual Hosting Exchange with THIS LINK--global friendships have begun!
