The physical education program at Trinity Valley School was designed to provide our students an age- and skill-appropriate plan culminating in their physiological, emotional, and ethical developments. Initially authored and continually revised by our own P.E. Department Chair, Valerie Underwood, and Dr. Debbie Rhea of TCU, the curriculum provides creative and structured approaches to encourage the development of your child’s individual motor skills through intentional and directed play. Additionally, students are given the opportunity to participate in safe and encouraging group activities where values such as teamwork and positive peer support are taught and closely monitored.

Our goal is to help your child build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve a happy and healthy lifestyle.
