Summer Mailing: Information for Everyone (K-12th)

myTVS – On or around June 15th you will receive an e-mail explaining myTVS. Throughout the academic year you will use the TVS website to update medical and contact information, view our TVS community directory, access the calendar, and receive progress reports and report cards (depending on your child’s grade level). Your login and password will be included in this e-mail along with information on how to use this portal.

E-Mail – After June 15th you will begin receiving all e-mail notices sent to currently enrolled families for the 2017-18 school year (emails will be sent to all addresses you provide in myTVS). E-mail is our primary means of contact with parents. Therefore, it is extremely important that you keep your e-mail address current and inbox cleaned out. You will also need to set your permissions to allow TVS to send to your inbox. Log in to myTVS or call Central Administration, 817-321-0100, to update new e-mail addresses.

Health/Medical Forms - Please complete and return the forms referenced in Nurse Coats’ letter to TVS by August 1, 2017. Note that the physical exam needs to have been performed between July 1, 2016 and July 1, 2017.

Parental Parking StickerThroughout the summer TVS Security will be scanning driver’s licenses for the 2017-18 school year. Each adult in your family and caregivers who will be driving to campus for any reason needs to complete this brief process in order to receive a security sticker to place on his/her car. This sticker allows the driver to enter campus without stopping at the security gate. You are encouraged to have your license scanned and pick up a TVS sticker prior to the first day of school. Scanners are available at both security gates and in the Central Administration office.
